I just got home a while ago, and the only person left online was Xem, so I told her what happened, and I said...

So blame her now for me posting this... >:B

My roomie comes home as usual, and she tells me that she's still paranoid of this one other house I own down the street. Thing is, she thinks our old roomie (who moved out) is camping out there and might plot something against us; she did move with a heavy grudge.

So, I had to walk over to our realtor/property manager's house to see what the details were on that house. It was at like 8 pm my time when I headed out.

And it's like two miles to her house! >:B For something that'd take just 10 minutes to drive to, took about a half-hour to 45 minutes! Plus, it is dark in her neighborhood... |'D;;; My survival technique; act like I were a guy (good thing I cross-dress and act tomboy-ish already). Since it was raining, I could put my hood over to act like I had short hair (though, I want short hair anyway). I also had my PSP with me, so it wasn't all that boring...

When I finally got there, she explained the situation, and it didn't seem a big a deal as my roomie had thought. But when I was about to leave, I got pulled into conversation by her son (who kinda likes me; like wants-to-marry-me-likes-me he doesn't know that I'm already taken by Yeni--or that I'm really bi and not fully straight). So, I was kinda stuck hanging around for a couple hours.

And I was all, "Xem's gonna kill me if she found out I've been out at night..." and "Zexy's gonna revenge-rape me (again) for not returning for so long..." (they were the two that I was talking to when I left). <:B I'm so sorry, you two.....

And I'd hate to cause drama (apparently, it sparks quite easily here on dA lately), but he told me that a lot of stuff here on dA are being "sold" on this thing called "Second Life" (I showed him dA). Then I got like, "WTF?! That's like, art theft... D8" And I got kinda jittery about it. Not sure about you people, but I'd be real fierce if I get an account and see my work there (like my work is ever worth it...). D<

So anyway, spent about a couple hours on just roaming Second Life; not really my thing though. It's like Sims 2, but you have to be dedicated to it a lot--almost beyond reason--since just about everything revolves around real-time and such (if you miss an important event or something, too bad). Though, I'd want their graphics for like, RuneScape... >w<

Then when I was about to leave (like a little after 11 pm), he asked if we could go out sometime later and such. I gave him the hint that we can, but just "as friends" (his us-being-married-fantasies will just have to stay as fantasies). And I think I was given the "well, fine then" treatment (not in a rude way though, but more subtle) because I wasn't even offered a ride back home. So I had to walk back two miles in the rain at 11 pm (don't ever do this, people... >:B). I so hope I don't get sick from this too... |'D;;; *cough*

But damn! When I got home, my feet hurt so much (well, basically from my upper-back, down), I couldn't even go to the kitchen right to get a snack. D| And since Xem left just now, I'm just going to force myself upstairs and take a hot shower and relax for a bit... Too tired and my back hurts sitting on the compy, and I still have other stuff to do tomorrow (and having no car for a while is going to make some things out-of-reach)...

Life waits for no one, I guess..... D|
